All training places must be booked officially and are only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email issued. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing or two weeks before your course. Prices are as listed on our website. Where a payment plan is agreed, missed payments may result in your place being withdrawn and access to materials suspended.

All sales are final. Skin & Co does not offer refunds on any course bookings, training programmes, digital products, or course materials under any circumstances, including change of mind, personal circumstances, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction once training has commenced.

This applies to: in-person training days, online training courses and modules, digital downloads and course materials, recorded content, and any bundle or package purchases.

The only exception is if Skin & Co cancels a course and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights where they cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you cannot attend, your course fee is forfeited. At our sole discretion, we may agree to transfer your booking to an alternative date of equal value. Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before your course date. Requests received with less than 14 days' notice, or for online courses where content has already been accessed, will not be considered. A transfer may only be used once per original booking.

Failure to attend without prior notice (no-show) will result in forfeiture of your fee with no credit or transfer offered.

Skin & Co accepts no liability for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with training, whether cancelled by us or you.

Access to online courses is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details or course content with third parties is strictly prohibited. Course access duration is specified at purchase; we do not guarantee indefinite access. Technical issues with your own device or internet connection do not entitle you to a refund or extension. All online content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, shared, resold, or distributed without our written permission. We reserve the right to revoke access where these terms are breached, without refund.

Venues and dates will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. Delegates are expected to arrive punctually — late arrivals may be refused entry with no refund. Where hands-on training involves models, it is your responsibility to ensure your model has given informed consent. Photography or video recording during training is not permitted without express written consent from Skin & Co and all individuals present.

You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate. Any health concerns or limitations must be notified to us in writing before your course date. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet any stated prerequisite qualifications or experience levels before booking — no refund will be issued where you do not. Skin & Co reserves the right to remove any delegate who presents a risk to themselves or others, without refund.

All training is for educational purposes only. It is your sole responsibility to ensure any techniques learned are practised only within the scope of your own qualifications, insurance, and applicable regulations.

All course content, materials, videos, presentations, and methodologies created by Skin & Co remain our exclusive intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own professional development only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use Skin & Co materials in any commercial training you deliver. Breach may result in legal action and/or suspension of access without refund.

Where a certificate of completion is issued, it is awarded by Skin & Co and reflects course completion. Our certificates are not a substitute for insurance, regulatory approval, or qualifications required by professional bodies. Skin & Co makes no guarantees regarding commercial outcomes, earning potential, or career progression following training — individual results will vary.

All delegates must behave professionally and respectfully toward trainers, fellow delegates, models, and venue staff. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour — including online — will result in immediate removal without refund. Delegates must not attend training under the influence of alcohol or drugs; Skin & Co reserves the right to refuse entry in such circumstances, without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of income or business. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific course or product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded.

We collect and process your personal data to manage your booking and deliver training. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We will not share your data with third parties except where necessary to deliver your training or as required by law.

Skin & Co reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version on our website applies to all new bookings from the date of publication. We recommend reviewing the terms each time you book.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force.
